VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. — A Vermillion County man is facing multiple charges after allegedly giving money and groceries to a minor in exchange for child pornography from the minor.
Zachary T. McBride, 36, of Cayuga, Indiana, was charged with possession of child pornography (aggravating factor found), two counts of possession of child pornography, child seduction and sexual battery.
According to the Indiana State Police Putnamville District, McBride allegedly communicated with a minor and gave them money and groceries in exchange for child pornography from the minor.
These allegations happened in Vermillion County, police said.
An arrest warrant was issued for McBride on Tuesday, Dec. 2, and he was arrested on Friday, Dec. 5.
