NEWPORT, N.H. (WCAX) - A Connecticut man accused in a DUI crash that killed a New Hampshire woman has pleaded not guilty.

Police in Newport, New Hampshire, say Dylan Galland, 49, of Connecticut, was driving drunk on Friday afternoon when he crossed the center line and hit an oncoming vehicle head-on.
The driver of the other car, Ashley Wendt, 25, of Washington, New Hampshire, died at the scene.
Court records indicate Galland admitted to taking at least two and a half shots of bourbon before getting behind the wheel.
He’s being held behind bars while the case plays out.
