It's a snowy, windy day in Windsor-Essex, and Environment Canada says both trends will continue for the next two days.
The forecaster says as much as four centimetres of snow will fall today, with cloudy skies and a 40 per cent chance on deck for this afternoon. The area could also see freezing drizzle today.
Winds are blowing southwest at 40 kilometres per hour, gusting up to 60 in some places. The high is 1 C with a windchill of -10 C.
Tonight will be cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of drizzle or flurries this evening. Around midnight, snow will fall again, accumulating to five to 10 centimetres, the forecaster says. Winds will blow southwest gusting to 50 kilometres per hour, and up to 70 by morning. The temperature will near 1 C.
