An East El Paso Asian restaurant received a barely passing score in this week's restaurant inspections.

Inspections were completed from Dec. 1-5.

A passing score is 70 or higher. Establishments scoring 60 or lower face closure. An inspection carried out on a particular day may not reflect the establishment's overall long-term conditions. A perfect score is 100.

Inspections of any locations that serve or sell food to the public are conducted in the city of El Paso, Anthony, Clint, Horizon City, Socorro, Vinton and El Paso County.

Restaurants that fail inspections are given a chance to rectify violations before a reinspection.
