But for many survivors of sexual trauma, this time of year can be especially difficult, a reminder of pain, isolation or the loss of safety that others take for granted. At Support Within Reach, we believe that healing is possible when a caring community stands together.

Support Within Reach is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping survivors of sexual assault and their loved ones across northern Minnesota.

Every day, our advocates answer calls on a 24-hour crisis line, provide support during hospital exams, offer legal advocacy, and facilitate support groups where survivors can begin to reclaim their voices. We also work year-round to educate youth, families and communities about prevention and aw
