Legendary Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah joined Arshdeep Singh in the elite list of players who have dismissed 100 batters in T20Is on Tuesday (December 9). Bumrah needed one wicket to complete a century of wickets in the shortest format of the game for Team India in the first T20I played against South Africa in Cuttack, and he achieved the objective by dismissing Dewald Brevis in his third over of the match. In that same over, three balls later, he also picked up the wicket of Keshav Maharaj to take his tally of wickets to 101 in 81 T20I matches.

Left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh was the first Indian bowler to take 100 wickets in T20Is. He achieved the feat during the Asia Cup 2025 match played between India and Oman in Abu Dhabi on September 19.
