Penn State senior defensive tackle Zane Durant announced earlier this week he is opting out of the Nittany Lions’ Pinstripe Bowl matchup with Clemson in late December.
Durant is still playing in a bowl game next month.
A social media account for the Senior Bowl recently confirmed Durant has accepted an invite to participate in the 2026 Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama.

The all-star contest will be held Jan. 31 at Hancock Whitney Stadium at the University of South Alabama. The game will be carried by NFL Network.
