The U.S. Marshals are asking for the public's help in finding a man who evaded their custody in Hammond earlier this year.

Antonio "Raemone" Lewis Jr. is sought by the U.S. Marshals and could be anywhere in the United States. Advertisement

According to the U.S. Marshals, Lewis has ties to Tangipahoa, Jefferson, Orleans, and St. Tammany Parish.

He was originally wanted out of Indiana, but U.S. Marshals say his family helped him escape their custody in Hammond back in February.

Anyone with information regarding Lewis' whereabouts is asked to call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
