PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The Arizona Diamondbacks are heading south of the border to face a division rival in Mexico’s capital.

The Snakes announced that the team will be heading to Mexico City to face off against the San Diego Padres during the 2026-27 season. Fans can catch the game at Mexico City’s Estadio Alfredo Harp Helú on April 25 and 26.

Times and tickets for the games has not yet been announced on the Diamondbacks’ website .

The games are part of the MLB World Tour, where the league is hosting regular season matchups across the globe, bringing America’s pastime to fans worldwide.

This is the second time an MLB game will be played in Mexico City, and the Padres second trip to Estadio Alfredo Harp Helú. In 2023, the Padres swept the San Francisco Giants in a two-game series.
