Haloti Ngata is the newest Oregon player to be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

The former Ducks defensive lineman was formally inducted Tuesday night during the NFF annual awards dinner in Las Vegas. UO athletic director Rob Mullens also formally received the 2025 NFF John L. Toner Award, recognizing “superior administrative abilities” and dedication to college athletics during the ceremony.

Ngata is the seventh Oregon football player to enter the Hall of Fame, joining quarterback Norm Van Brocklin (Class of 1966), running back John Kitzmiller (1969), tackle John Beckett (1972), running back Mel Renfro (1986), running back Ahmad Rashad (2007) and running back LaMichael James (2023). Oregon coaches Len Casanova (1977) and Mike Bellotti (2014) have also been inducted.
