Debera Rothschild, 64, formerly of Silver Spring, Md. and Sterling, Va., passed away on Dec. 5, 2025 in Orlando, FL, after a long illness.

Debera was born in Cleveland on Aug. 14, 1961. She was the beloved daughter of (late) birth mother Rima Rothshild (Levine), (late) father Stanley Rothschild and (late) stepmother, Sandra Rothschild (Fisher), and niece of the (late) Edmund and Beryl Rothschild. She leaves behind her stepbrother Andrew, sister, Gwen (Wendy), and her much loved nieces Raichyl and Elizabeth, as well as several cousins and other relations, and of course, the people she called family from communities old and new.

She graduated from Northwood Highschool and Trenton State College, and she was involved in science fiction societies, fan-run conventions (Disclave, Darkover/Capcl
