OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The federal grand jury for the District of Nebraska returned six federal indictments including charges for nine people on Thursday, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Lesley A. Woods.
Daniel Robert Berg , 42, of Lincoln, has been is charged with possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine relating to an incident around Halloween. If convicted, he faces 10 years to life in prison, a $8 million fine, and supervised release for eight years up to the rest of his life.
