OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Douglas County Treasurer Timothy Cavanaugh announced Thursday taxpayers can now pay their 2025 Real Property Taxes online.

Tax statements will be mailed around mid-December. If you plan to pay by mail, simply wait for your statement to arrive, include the payment coupon, and use the return envelope provided for convenient processing.

“Our goal is to make paying property taxes as simple and convenient as possible,” said Treasurer Cavanaugh. “Whether you pay online, by mail, or in person, we want the process to be clear and accessible.”

Taxpayers can pay online at dctreasurer.org and selecting the Property Tax tab.

Online payment options include: E-check ($1.50), credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, or PayPal (convenience fees apply).
