Dreamstate Cafe is now open at the corner of 26th Street and Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis.
The plant-based restaurant and bar is run by Kristin Wiegmann and Jeff Therkelsen, owners of the Powderhorn restaurant Reverie.
It was announced earlier this year that they had purchased the building, which formerly housed Common Roots Cafe and, most recently, Hi Flora.
The vegan-focused restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with items like yucca hash and avocado tomatillo toast early in the day. In the evening, it's serving lion's mane steak, mushroom dashi ramen, and a roasted delicata sandwich, among other dishes.
