Vault City Brewing, based in Edinburgh , has issued the recall for its Mince Pie Pastry Sour Beer, affecting shoppers in Scotland and England. The beer was found to contain milk, meaning it is "a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents."
An allergy alert posted by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) was issued today, December 12, advising that 440ml cans have been affected. Shoppers also have to look for the batch code G840 and best before date November 18, 2027.
