A few inches of snow are expected in Rhode Island this weekend, according to the National Weather Service .
Forecasters expect an inch or two of snow in the Ocean State on Sunday and up to three inches on the coastline, in a storm that is expected to blanket all of southern New England.
"The snow's expected to be relatively dry and fluffy," Bryce Williams, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Norton, said in an interview. "We're not expecting this to be a big, blockbuster storm that's going to have widespread impacts."
