UPDATE: A Hamilton County grand jury indicted the truck driver involved in the deadly Mother's Day crash on I-75 Tuesday.

Joseph Antoinier, 66, is accused of causing the crash that killed 23-year-old Lane Smith, 1-year-old Sawyer Smith, and 61-year-old David Huggins. That fiery wreck injured several others.

Court records found online, which refer to the defendant as Dieudonne Joseph, indicate his charges were consolidated:

Vehicular homicide (three counts)

Reckless aggravated assault (two counts)

Reckless endangerment

Antoinier is out of jail after posting a $115,000 bond.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, December 19.
