Davina McCall appeared visibly moved as she delivered a heartfelt message for Stand Up To Cancer .
The TV host, who recently disclosed she'd had surgery for breast cancer, became emotional whilst presenting a live Stand Up To Cancer programme, meeting patients at Cambridge's Addenbrooke's hospital.
Following conversations with patients about their personal experiences, Davina conveyed a crucial message. She said: "Don't be afraid, it is so important to look after your own body. For you, and for the people that love you."
The 58 year old previously detailed how she discovered a lump in her breast during a self-examination and promptly had it checked. She said: "It was very, very small, so I got it very, very early, which is incredibly lucky. But I am so relieved to have had
