(KRON) -- The California Highway Patrol Santa Cruz Area office is investigating a two-vehicle crash Saturday.

The incident happened on the Highway 129 overcrossing at Highway 1, according to CHP Santa Cruz.

CHP shared the aftermath in a social media post at 1:45 p.m. that shows the vehicles completely totaled.

Despite the wreckage, there were no injuries reported.

It is not clear what led to the collision or if drugs or alcohol were involved.

CHP confirmed the vehicles were later towed away from the scene.
