LUMBERTON — Lower Cape Fear LifeCare has been awarded a five-star rating by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in the latest release of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Hospice Survey. This recognition places the nonprofit among only 8% of hospices nationwide to earn the highest possible rating. Lower Cape Fear LifeCare provides five-star care in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
