Rapper Lil Jon made his fitness competition debut at the world-famous Muscle Beach championship.

"Lil’ Jon trades the mic for muscle in his first-ever fitness competition at the 2025 Muscle Beach Championship," a media release explained.

The Grammy-winning artist, whose real name is Jonathan H. Smith appeared in the men's physique category in the Venice Beach competition.

"Yeah! It's me for real," he said in a video posted to bodybuilder Skylar Okerstrom-lang's Instagram Stories during the competition to spectators who couldn't believe their eyes. "It's me!"
