ARCHER, Fla. (WCJB) - Located along Southwest 121st Avenue in Archer sits The Giving Shed.

Owner Kaylyn Turner says she noticed a need to help others.

“If they are at their house and they’re like I wish could make this my home, I just got out of an abusive relationship, whatever the case may be. They can come and get it and not feel like I have nothing,” said Turner.

Her husband purchased the shed, and then Turner said she started receiving calls about what people needed.

In less than a month, she has clothes, shoes, toys even household items available for all ages - both men and women.

“All the way up to the size 50, like we have it all. We have books, games, puzzles, we have kitchen utensils, all kinds of cooking stuff,” said Turner.
