ROCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) - A group of Rochester residents is opposing a proposed Verizon cell tower in the White River Valley.
With a population of just over 1,100, the Windsor County town of Rochester is nestled in the White River Valley on scenic Route 100.
Multiple booms and busts of industry have forced the town to reinvent itself several times.
“It looks like a throwback to the late 1800s,” said local resident Jake Wildwood
