SAHUARITA, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Sahuarita Police Department is hosting a free child car seat check event this weekend.

Parents can learn how to properly install car seats and determine when they need to be replaced.

The event will take place at the Sahuarita Police Department near La Villa and Sahuarita Road this Saturday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

A certified child passenger safety technician will be on hand to assist and answer any questions.
