PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Big weather changes are ahead for Arizona’s weather pattern as tropical moisture boosts storm chances and lowers temperatures. Two First Alert Weather Days have also been declared for thunderstorms.

Look for a high of 104 degrees in the Valley today under partly cloudy skies. Storm chances are slim today, near 10%. Storms are more likely to the south and east of the Valley, with a few isolated thunderstorms possible in the Valley, along with gusty winds and patchy, blowing dust. Widespread monsoon activity is not expected today in the Valley.
