MINOT, ND (KXNET) - Capt. Dale Plessas has been appointed as the Minot Police Department’s first Deputy Chief. He will be sworn in during a ceremony today at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The ceremony will be open to the public.
Plessas, one of three finalists for the role, has served with the department for 24 years. His career includes time as Captain, Investigations Commander, and Interim Police Chief. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy
