ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- Spectrum customers in Anderson County experienced service disruptions Thursday after fiber optic lines were cut.
Investigators with the Anderson County Sheriff's Office said the lines were cut intentionally.

"Due to the nature of the issue, we are unable to determine whether any 911 calls made over WiFi failed to connect," said Carrie Miller with the sheriff's office.
