NEW BERN, N.C. (WITN) - Deputies charged a New Bern repeat felon with selling drugs.
Ricky Foy of New Bern was given 7 to 9 years in connection to several drug deals, according to the Craven County Sheriff’s Office.
We were told that deputies oversaw three drug buys in Craven County that show Foy delivering drugs to an informant.
During the investigation, we were told that law enforcement seized less than an ounce of cocaine.
A press release says the 64-year-old man pleaded guilty to three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver cocaine, three counts of selling cocaine, and admitted to his habitual felon status during court.
