LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Two juveniles were detained and charged by Lexington police on Friday night after reports of a possible shooting near UK's campus.
Officials with the Lexington Police Department (LPD) told FOX 56 News that just before 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 5, units were sent to the 100 block of Prall Street responding to reports of a possible shooting in the area.
When officers arrived, several residences in the area were found to have been damaged by gunfire, authorities said.
Two juveniles were reportedly detained and arrested in connection with the shooting investigation. Their exact charges were not listed.
