A 66-year-old motorcyclist is dead following a crash in Lincoln Saturday.

Niagara Regional Police and Niagara Emergency Medical Services paramedics were called to South Service Road west of Regional Road 24 shortly before 8 p.m.

Police said a 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was travelling eastbound when the driver collided with a guardrail.

The driver sustained serious injuries and died at the scene.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
