CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- An upcoming event to commemorate the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks has had to change plans.

The Veterans Collaborative Team announced on Monday that the 9/11 Memorial Run and Walk would have to shift to a virtual experience in part due to construction at the Dogwood Vietnam Memorial.
