Nashville-based private equity firm Edison Partners has announced the promotions of Shelby McKeown, Felix Rauch, Nonnie Egbuna and Hannah Kenney.

According to a release, each of the four joined the firm in 2023.

McKeown has been promoted to senior associate. She contributes to initial analysis, due diligence and transaction execution. Her background includes commercial credit and strategic corporate development roles at Bank of America, Lowe’s and Simplex Venture (the latter, an early stage fintech-focused venture capital firm).

Similarly, Rauch has been promoted to senior associate. He works with Fingercheck, 120Water and Seismos, focused on digitizing analog industries. Rauch had prior experience at Baile
