Michigan’s football team had a rough showing at Oklahoma on Saturday in a 24-13 loss, but many of its recruits had standout performances during last week’s high school football action.

Here are available stats and highlights from Wolverines commitments from last week. Michigan has 23 commits in the 2026 class and three in the 2027 cycle.

2026 four-star QB Brady Smigiel, Newbury Park (Calif.)

The No. 157 prospect nationally completed 26 of 34 passes for 312 yards and five touchdowns, but his team’s defense didn’t provide much support in a 56-35 loss to Oxnard (Calif.) Pacifica. Smigiel also rushed for a team-high 42 yards.
