BEREA, Ohio — Dominic Sacco, the Strongsville man accused of grabbing a 15-year-old girl who was waiting for her school bus Friday, appeared in court for his arraignment on Monday.
Berea Municipal Court Judge Sean Kilbane set Sacco's bond at $1 million cash or surety. If he would somehow post the bond, the 27-year-old Sacco was ordered to wear a GPS monitor with home detention. He would also be subjected to a temporary protection order, meaning he would not be allowed to be within 1,000 feet over the victim.
"You cannot go back to that Fair Road residence," Kilbane told Sacco.
Kilbane noted that Sacco is a person of interest in two other similar incidents — another one in Strongsville and an additional case in Berea.
