The San Francisco 49ers won an important game on the road against a division opponent in Week 1, but the victory came at a fairly steep cost.

George Kittle caught a touchdown pass from Brock Purdy on the 49ers' first drive of their 17-13 road win over the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field on Sunday. The Pro Bowl tight end left the game a short while later with a hamstring injury and did not return.
