COLUMBUS, Ohio — Grateful, but not fully satisfied. That's the best way to describe how Andre Tyus is feeling.

"This has gone on too long. And I'm grateful. But here we are," he said.

Tyus has waited nearly two years for a $4,800 refund for a car he bought from All For U Auto Leasing in south Columbus.

In April, 10 Investigates reported that Tyus returned the Honda Pilot he originally got from the dealer after waiting five months for the title. When he didn't get his money back, he took is concerns to the attorney general's office.

It turned out he was one of about a dozen people who had filed similar complaints.
