YOUNGSTOWN Two Valley teens are under arrest after the Ohio State Highway Patrol says the stolen car they were in led a trooper on a high-speed chase along Interstate 680 in Boardman and Youngstown early Tuesday.

A trooper spotted a Chrysler 300 at 1:30 a.m. traveling north on I-680 about two miles before the Route 224 Interchange.

The car, which the patrol believes has been stolen from Pittsburgh Airport, sped away, according to a trooper who then followed the car on a pursuit that reached speeds of 130 miles per hour.

The chase ended when the Chrysler and OSP cruiser collided along the Shirley Road exit in Youngstown.

Two men were arrested.

Eighteen-year-old Keylen Jackson of Youngstown, who police say was driving the car, was booked into jail on charges of receiving stolen proper
