Investigators believe the child pushed through a window screen on a second-story porch and fell onto pavement outside. The owner of the home saw it happen as they were leaving the home, police said.
The child was immediately treated at the scene and taken to Mansfield Airport, where they were flown by helicopter to Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, according to police. They didn't share the child's condition.
