GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Greenville County School District said a high school teacher has been placed on leave while they investigate an “inappropriate message” on social media.

U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace reposted images on X of a Facebook post attributed to Wynne Boliek, which appears to reference the shooting death of Charlie Kirk.

The post states:

“Thoughts and prayers to his children but IMHO America became greater today. There I said it.”

The district said they are aware of the message attributed to Boliek, a social studies teacher at Southside High School.
