PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Deputies arrested a Greenville felon after finding him with illegal drugs.

Pitt County deputies searched two homes just outside of Greenville, both on Slauter Street.

During the search, they seized six guns.

Brandon Tyson, 36, faces the following charges:

Level 1 trafficking cocaine

Felony possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine

Felony possession with intent to sell or distribute marijuana

Felony maintaining a dwelling place for controlled substance

Stolen firearm possession

Firearm possession by a convicted felon

Drug paraphernalia possession

Tyson remains in the Pitt County detention center without bond.
