EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- Michigan State's football team improved to 3-0 this weekend with a 41-24 win over Youngstown State.

The Spartans are now preparing for their first road trip of the season and head coach Jonathan Smith is talking with the media on Monday to preview Saturday's game at USC..

Kickoff for the game will be at 11 p.m. on Fox this Saturday, September 20, and it will be the first meeting between MSU and USC since 1990.

The Trojans moved into the AP Top 25 this week at No. 25 after a 33-17 win at Purdue.
