CHARLES TOWN — Todd Coyle has become an important community member in Charles Town, from helping start the Jefferson GAP Coalition, serving on the city council and playing music at local events. When he announced his stage three lung cancer diagnosis, many people throughout the town came together to find ways to help support him as he receives treatment. This includes several fundraising events such as plant bingo and ghost tours.
Charles Town Farmer’s Market Manager Fiona Harrison has worked with Coyle since 2011 through the Jefferson GAP Coalition.
