Morrisey: West Virginia must win economic Backyard Brawl

MORGANTOWN — On Saturday, the West Virginia University Mountaineers did their part by winning the Backyard Brawl in dramatic fashion over rival Pitt.

Just 24 hours prior, Gov. Patrick Morrisey informed the WVU Board of Governors that it’s going to take a similar, come-from-behind effort to ensure West Virginia can out-compete its competitors in the “economic Backyard Brawl.”
