Louisiana football would do anything to forget about last week’s offensive performance against No. 23 Missouri.
A historic low of four passing yards is a glaring stat, though, that coach Michael Desormeaux and his staff are looking to address in practices this week.
“That stat line on Saturday was absurd,” Desormeaux said. “I’ve never seen anything like that. We got to find a way to manufacture some throw game like we have in the past.”
Getting the passing game on the same page will be the Ragin’ Cajuns biggest goal as they hit the road again to face a winless Eastern Michigan team in Week 4. A bounce back is needed if the Cajuns want to head into conference play with some momentum.
