PEKIN ( 25News Now ) - A woman has become the second person to die from injuries suffered in a multi-vehicle crash in Pekin Saturday morning.

Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood confirmed a 45-year-old woman was pronounced dead at 2:29 p.m. Sunday at OSF HealthCare St. Francis Medical Center. The woman’s name has not been released

Also on Sunday, Tazewell County Coroner Charles Hanley released the name of a teenager who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hanley identified her as 16-year-old Charlotte Bumbalough of Marquette Heights.

Authorities said the teen was a passenger in a sport utility vehicle that hit a pickup truck and motorhome at Illinois Route 9 and 14th Avenue in Pekin shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday.

Hanley said an autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
