LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Pride of Philly Steaks, or more affectionately known as P.O.P.S., is renovating its iconic building and opening a new food truck in the meantime.

Pride of Philly Steaks has served Las Vegas for more than two decades out of its iconic A-frame building on the corner of Alta Drive and Decatur Boulevard. The full-scale property refresh is designed to breathe new energy into the restaurant, while still honoring the classic charm its customers know and love, the restaurant announced earlier this month.
