There is a chance for some spot showers overnight along the South Coast, but any rain that does fall is unlikely to be widespread or significant, National Weather Service forecasters wrote . Temperatures overnight should dip to the high 40s or low 50s.

More rain is on the way Wednesday, with isolated showers throughout the day. Those showers are expected to stay south of Interstate 90 for most of the day, but there is a small chance some rain could move farther north, according to the weather service.
