DANBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — Three Danbury businesses were found to be non-compliant with liquor laws after recent investigation, police said.

Six businesses were investigated on Sept. 12 following an increase in complaints related to the establishments.

The following businesses were investigated. • The Roxy, 40 Mill Plain Rd. • Molly Darcy’s, 39A Mill Plain Rd. • La Canchita, 6 Delay St. • La Costenita, 2B Ives St. • El Bacano, 11 Railroad Place. • Club Diamond, 101 Railroad Place.

La Canchita, La Costentita and El Bacano were found to have no violations, police said.

Club Diamond was found in violation of restrictions on drink promotions, for advertising unlimited drinks at a set price.

The Roxy was found in violation of two counts of minors loitering.
