Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) officials are working to learn if anyone has been exposed to measles after a Fulton County resident became the state’s latest confirmed case on September 12.
There is no international travel associated with the case and the person, who was unvaccinated, is no longer in the infectious stage of the disease.
DPH officials said that other people may have been exposed from September 2 to September 11 at the following locations and times:
September 2 and 4: Georgia State University (GSU)
Aderhold Learning Building between 7:30 am and 2:15 pm
Langdale Hall between 9:00 am and 12:45 pm
Sweetgreen Restaurant on North Avenue
September 3 between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm
September 6 between 2:30 pm and 10:00 pm
September 8 between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm
