A series 12 restaurant liquor license is being sought for Bad Jimmy’s, a Tempe business.

The Tempe City Council on Sept. 18 voted unanimously as part of a consent agenda with other items to make a recommendation of approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for BJ Four LLC, db, 505 W. University Drive.

Andrea Dahlman Lewkowitz is the agent for this application.

This is a new business applying for a new license, where the previous tenant held the same type of liquor license.
